The SX8500 terminal provides an innovative and cost effective POS solution for the hospitality, leisure and catering market. Based on the proven HMS (Hospitality Management System) software, the system can be configured to meet the operational requirements of pub, restaurant, café bar, quick service, hotel and leisure operators.
Designed for maximum speed and ease of use, the colour multi line graphic display provides an intuitive userfriendly interface allowing full transaction details to be viewed.
The scroll and select display function allows for simple correction of any operator errors and the ability to review previous transactions.
Available with a choice of colour or mono (SX7500) screen and a choice of high speed internal thermal printers – either wide receipt or 2 station receipt and journal.
System flexibility allows you to improve service and increase profits by linking to the hand held table service ordering system, WaiterPad.

For operations with large or complicated menus, individual buttons can be set-up to display a list of items for selection. Buttons could be set-up for starters, mains and desserts for example. The set menu function caters for fixed price meals with a choice of courses.

- Flexible Billing System
Designed to be configurable the system can handle bar tabs & table numbers, rooms, multi bills per table, split billing, table transfers and pouch system. Seating locations increase efficiency of food delivery.
- Price Control
Promotions and happy hours can be simply managed using the auto price change option that can be set to change price levels at a certain time and day.

Using WaiterPad in conjunction with the POS ensures that all food and drink orders are automatically printed off in the kitchen and bar and immediately added to the customer's bill - allowing wait staff to remain on the floor enhancing customer service.
